Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping with us! Here's what you can expect after placing your order:

Since I work solo, it may take a little extra time to carefully prepare your order. I appreciate your patience as I pack and process each order with love. (❁´◡`❁)🌱

✨ Working Days: Weekdays, Sunday - Friday (2:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
✨ Shop Closed: Fridays, Saturdays, and Feast Days (Please refer to updates in Sign Up/Newsletters for specific dates)

Each clay item is made to order by me, and ships from New York. Please allow 2 days to 1 week for processing before your order is shipped out. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information for your package.

Orders that only contain stickers and other stationery are typically shipped out within 3 to 7 business days. Stickers are mailed with stamps and do not include tracking.

If you're an international buyer, please note that delivery can take 3-4 weeks after your item has shipped.
